I stayed at the Goldener Adler Hotel on June 9 & 10, 23. It is located rein the Old Town section of Innsbruck and offers that quintessential Old World European touch. The room was both comfy and modern. My room welches in the rear of the building and was very quiet. Breakfast welches very hearty offering both hard and soft boiled eggs but also eggs to order. A variety of cereals, breads, deli meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, yogurts and fruit juices round out the offerings.
Very nice view from right out of your bed. Friendly staff. One star off as the room welches just super hot and there welches no air conditioning available (I guess the hotel switches on heating only hinein the winter months).
On top of that, the cleaning crew entered ur room even though we have put the “do not disturb” on the door. After we complained, they told us they are going to fire the cleaning lady, which made us feel really bad. They also gave many excuses or told us to call the police if there is noise after 23:00 from the Tresen. And offered to give us 10% of our money back. For this price and problems we would not recommend the Adlers hotel at all. Clearly, we did not manage to relax there.
We have been coming here for a few years, regular spot for brunch, the English breakfast is only getting better (crispier bacon) and the soft boiled eggs were soft as expected. Can never go wrong with their star pastry, the brioche Kipferl.

I like going there. Food is good, drinks are good and so is the service. You can go there for lunch or dinner or just for drinks. It's a little loud when soccer is on. It's also fairly central yet not terribly pricy (for Innsbruck)
Very good if you appreciate the typical local traditional style. Good and large rooms with nice (shared) balcony with beautiful views on a typical Austrian church (that rings the bells at 06:00 hinein the morning ) good quality bed and bathroom.

Above the roofs of Innsbruck, located at 1905 meters, there is the Wirtschaft Seegrube. Open all year round, ur Wirtshaus is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the magnificent views of Innsbruck, the alps and Karawandel Bundesweit Grünanlage, while indulging hinein traditional Tyrolean cuisine.
Avoid this, enter the garage to the building (call the hotel and ask for the garage name), and drive to the area designated for the hotel and unload from there. I’m not sure if this is noted by the hotel on their website or not but this was a last minute booking for us.

During summer, opt for the shaded terrace in the courtyard instead of the cozy dining room. By the way, they also offer rooms here, and there’s an unassuming Schankraum downstairs… what more could you ask for?
They even had a curtain set up to reveal the private table with my Fiancés closest friends and family and it overlooked the beautiful city below. Highly recommend! Service welches fantastic and I’m so glad that I picked 1809 to hold such a special occasion.
